TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read the User Agreement before registering as a Member and starting the use of WeldSpace Services.
Registering as a Member (Employer or Welder) you are agree to enter into a legally binding Contract with WeldSpace. The Contract applies also to mobile applications providing WeldSpace services. If you do not agree to this Contract, please do not register. If you wish to terminate this Contract, at any time you can do so by closing your account. If you have chosen not to register, you may access certain features as a Visitor of WeldSpace webpage.
2. Registration information
When registering as a Member you may choose between Welder and Employer status. Registration is free of charge for both Welders and Employers. For Service fees see Plans and Prices.
By registering as a Member and using the Services, you agree that
a. You will only have one WeldSpace account, which must be in your real name. Creating an account with false information is a violation of terms.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and for logging out of your account at the end of each session. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify WeldSpace immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other breach of security.
If you bay any of WeldSpace paid Services, you agree to pay the applicable charges according to Plans and Prices. Failure to pay the charge will result in termination of corresponding Servise/Services. You also agree, that your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange rates and payment system fees. A copy of invoice can be received through your WeldSpace account.
3.3. Notices and Messages
WeldSpace will send notices and messages using contact information provided by you (e-mail, mobile number). You agree to keep your contact information up to date.
3.4. Data sharing
Information and content that you share may be seen by other Members and WeldSpace's stuff. Where settings available, you may choose who can see your information and content.
4. Rights and Limits
As a registered Member, you own the information and content that you submit or share to the WeldSpace Services, and you are only granting WeldSpace a worldwide, transferable and sublicensable right to use, copy, distribute, publish, and process, information and content that you provide through our Services, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or others. These rights are limited in the following ways:
a. You can end this license for specific content by deleting such content from the Services, or generally by closing your account, except to the extent you shared it with others as part of the Service and they copied, re-shared it or stored it and for the reasonable time it takes to remove from backup and other systems.
b. We will not include your content in advertisements for the products and services of third parties to others without your separate consent (including sponsored content).
c. While we may edit and make format changes to your content (such as translating it, modifying the size, layout or file type or removing metadata), we will not modify the meaning of information and content.
d. Because you own your content and information and we only have non-exclusive rights to it, you may choose to make it available to others.
By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding our Services to WeldSpace, you agree that WeldSpace may use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. You agree to only provide content or information that is truthful, does not violate the law nor anyone's rights (including intellectual property rights). WeldSpace may be required by law to remove certain information or content.
4.2. Service availability
WeldSpace has the right to limit your use of the Services, including your ability to contact other Members. WeldSpace reserves the right to restrict or terminate your account if WeldSpace believes that you may be in breach of this Contract or law or are misusing the Services.
4.3. Intellectual Property
WeldSpace reserves all of its intellectual property rights in the Services. Using the Services does not give you any ownership in our Services or the content or information made available through our Services. Trademarks and logos used in connection with the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners. WeldSpace trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used for our Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of WeldSpace.
By using the Services, you may encounter content or information that might be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. You agree that we are not responsible for content or information provided by other Members. We cannot always prevent this misuse of our Services, and you agree that we are not responsible for any such misuse.
You are responsible for deciding if you want to access or use third-party apps or sites that link from WeldSpace Services. If you allow a third-party app or site to authenticate you or connect with your WeldSpace account, that app or site can access information on WeldSpace related to you. Third-party apps and sites have their own legal terms and privacy policies, and you may be giving others permission to use your information.
